Central City Toyota is Philadelphia's oldest and most respected Toyota agency.

Key Accomplishments

Senior level manager responsible for maintaining company vision and mission and promoting all aspects of the dealership group. Handled diverse projects in sales, administration, public relations, legal and human resource management. Launched initial web site and developed online marketing strategies. Introduced industry leading educational program for collision professionals. Key contribution in transition of business from Philadelphia to Ardmore in securing zoning, developing community relations and market introduction. Served as company representative on Board of Directors for Philadelphia High School Academies.

Developed a separate business entity responsible for the development and introduction of structural composite products derived from scrap plastic and rubber employing patented and proprietary methods; introduced innovative Titan Tie™ composite railroad crossties as proposed replacement for traditional wooden ties. Prosecuted patent application with U.S. Patent Office and developed RecycleRight™ technology composite rubber manufacturing process. Formed strategic alliances to develop composite railroad crossties with PennDOT (Freight and Rail Committee), the University of Pennsylvania and Philadelphia University. Negotiated favorable demonstration projects with SEPTA, AMTRAK, Norfolk, Southern and Eastern Penn Railroad. Recipient of grants from Ben Franklin Technology Center to develop new products using proprietary technology. Interviewed venture capital groups, private investment groups and government agencies for funding sources.
